1 lb extra-lean ground sirloin
1 can (4 oz) green chiles, chopped and drained
3 oz shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese
4 whole wheat buns
1/2 c salsa
1/4 c fat-free sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the beef, chiles, and cheese together in a large bowl. Shape the mixture into patties and grill to desired doneness. Top with salsa and sour cream. Makes 4 burgers.
