2-3 pound fryer, cut up
1/4 cup flour
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 375 ml can of sliced peaches
1 375 ml can of pineapple chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Coat chicken in seasoned flour. Brown chicken pieces in hot oil in a frying pan. Place chicken pieces in baking dish and bake @ 350º for 45 minutes.
While chicken is baking, combine juices, sugar, soy sauce and corn starch in a saucepan. Bring to a boil - stir to prevent lumps. Add peaches and pineapple, including juice. Pour over chicken and return to oven for 15 minutes. Serve with rice.
