1 cup sugar
1 can (20 0z) chunk pineapple
2 Tablespoons flour
2 eggs beaten
1 package 7 oz ring macaroni
2 cans Mandarin oranges
2 cups mini marshmallows
1-9 oz cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Custard: Mix sugar, juice from pineapple, flour, and eggs cook until thick, then let cool.
Cook 1 – 7 oz package ring macaroni 5 minutes. Rinse with cold water and add to custard. Let set in fridge overnight.
In morning add pineapple chunks, 2 cans mandarin oranges, 2 cups mini marshmallows, 1 – 9 oz cool whip.
Refrigerate till needed.

This was Grandma Witter's recipe and I would make it every year for a Christmas Brunch with Aunt Jo's Cheese Souffle. I add marchino cherries. I mix some in and also put some all over the top to make it festive looking.
