12 slices bacon (about 1/2 pound), crisply fried and crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (about 4 oz.)
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º, Lightly grease 10" pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion over bottom of pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed 1 min. Pour in pie plate. Bake till golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. 50-55 min. Let stand 5 min. before cutting. Refrigerate any leftovers.
