4 chicken breasts
1 bottle of Lawry's Baja or Mesquite Marinade
3 T. vegetable oil
1 C. uncooked rice (not instant)
1 T. onion flakes
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. taco seasoning
2 C. chicken broth
1/2 C. tomato sauce
1 container Mexican Queso cheese sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken overnight or 30 minutes if you are in a hurry. Grill chicken. Prepare rice while grilling. Heat oil in pan, stir in rice until golden. Sprinkle with taco seasoning. Stir in onion flakes, garlic salt, tomato sauce, and broth. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and cover 20 -25 minutes. Fluff with fork. Plate rice, place chicken breast on top, drizzle with queso. May also top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, and guacamole.
