1 (2 lb) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
1 onion

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw hash brown potatoes. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into greased casserole dish and bake 45 minutes at 350º. This can be mixed ahead of time and kept in refrigerator until time to bake.
