6 rolls from the day before - they should be a little hard (or maybe you know them as buns)
125ml milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 little orion
20 g italian parsley
20g butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut the tolls into little pieces. Heat the milk (not too much, the milk should not cook), give the salt to the milk. Cover the cooking pot with a kitchen towel, allow to rest for 5 min.

2. Cut the orion to tiny pieces, heat to butter and steam the orion until the pieces are glassy, add the scrambled parsely.

3. Mix 1.+2. with the eggs and the nutmeg, knead everthing for 5 min.

Form the dumplings, give them into cooking salted water. Brew the dumplings for 25 min

As many rolls you use, as many dumplings you will receive
