1/2 head of cabbage (5 cups)
1/2 green pepper
1 medium Spanish onion
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 T. Salt
1/2 c. White vinegar
3/8 c. Salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl make layers of cabbage, onion, pepper. Sprinkle 1/2 c. Sugar over top. In saucepan combine mustard, 1 tsp. sugar, celery seed, salt, vinegar and oil. Mix well. Bring to a full boil, stirring. Pour over slaw. Refrigerate, covered at least 4 hours. To serve toss salad to mix well.
