Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Pizza Shell, Flat Bread or Nan Bread
Approx 3 tbsp Olive Oil (can be regular or lime flavoured)
1 Clove of Garlic (or equivalent Garlic paste)
Provolone Cheese - enough to cover top of pizza
6 - 8 slices of Proscuitto Ham
Juice of 1/2 Lemon (if you really like the lemon flavour you can use the whole lemon)
Approx 6 cups of Arugula (or you can use California Greens)
Drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Put approx 3 TBSP of olive oil along with garlic in pan to heat for approx 5 mins (key is to get the flavours mixing).

Put enough of the oil/garlic mixture to coat pizza shell thinly. Bake pizza shell in 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes

When baking pizza shell - juice the lemon and put on stove top in leftover oil/garlic mixture with greens - they will wilt to basically nothing - if you really like greens you may want more or less

When garlic/oil finished baking put provolone cheese, then ham over pizza and bake for another 10 - 15 mins (you may want to broil the top)

Take pizza out of oven and put greens on top of pizza. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar
