4 pork chops or steaks
4 large russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 yellow onion, finely diced
flour
salt and pepper
1 can Mushroom soup
1 can milk

Directions:
Directions:
Layer potatoes into 10"x10" baking dish (layer of potatoes, sprinkle a little flour, salt, pepper, then another layer of potatoes etc.)
Heat skillet with a little oil on medium high heat. Quickly brown pork chops on each side. You do not want to cook the chops all the way through as they will finish cooking in the oven. Lay chops on top of the potatoes.
In the skillet with the meat juices from the pork chops, mix the soup and the milk. Pour this over the chops and the potatoes. Cover, bake at 350º for 1 hour or until the potatoes are done.
