4 or 5 large tomatoes (slightly red or just beginning to turn)
salt to taste
cayenne pepper (to taste)
flour (for dredging)
cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry tomatoes. Slice into desired thickness. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Coat pan with oil and heat on medium. Dredge tomatoes with flour. Place into hot oil and brown on both sides. Place on paper towels and drain.
