1 (22 1/2 or 23 oz.) package fudge brownies
4 pt. of your favorite ice cream

Preheat oven to 350º
Prepare and bake fudge brownie mix as label directs but bake batter in 2 greased and foil lined 8 inch round cake pans
Let brownies cool in pans on wire rack for 30 minutes
Remove from pans and let cool completely on racks
Meanwhile soften ice cream in refrigerator about 30 minutes
Into bottom of 9 x 3 inch springform pan, evenly spread 1/3 of ice cream, carefully center one brownie layer over ice cream
Evenly spread another third layer of ice cream over top and around side of brownie layers
Repeat with remaining brownie and cake mix
Cover pan and freeze until firm
