6 cup riced potatoes
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup butter
1 3/4 cup flour
2 tsp.
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add to cream. Stir into potatoes. Mix in flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Mix with a pastry blender, then knead nice and smooth. Make 12 inch logs out of dough, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Cut each log into 10 pieces. Roll each piece round and thin. Bake on lefse griddle.
