Sauce:
3 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp white sugar
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp corn starch

4 chicken breasts
canola oil
1 tbsp sesame seed oil
1/3 c. green onions chopped
1 tbsp fresh shredded ginger

various vegetables (cauliflower, red pepper, snow peas, etc)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Add canola oil to frying pan/wok, and once smoking hot add and fry chicken until cooked. Mix all sauce ingredients together in separate bowl. Once chicken cooked, remove from pan and wipe with paper towel to degrease. Add sesame seed oil and heat on medium. Add green onions and ginger and fry for 3 minutes. Add sauce and vegetables and cook for a couple minutes, then add chicken and mix.
