1 cup butter, softened
Scant cup of sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 cup flour - MUST be EXACT!

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in order listed. Pack into sanbakkel forms, working down with thumbs, using as little of the mixture as possible (want to be thin.) Place tins on jelly roll pans and bake until light golden brown, 7-8 minutes.
