1 cup of water
1 cup white sugar
1-12 oz package of fresh cranberries
1 Tbs orange juice
1 heaping tsp. orange zest
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil
2. Add cranberries, return to boil.
3. Stir in orange juice, orange zest, ginger, and nutmeg.
4. Reduce heat and boil gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Cover and cool completely at room temperature. Refrigerate until serving time.
