Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
1 1/2 Cup Celery, Chopped
2 Pans Biscuits (Can use Refrigerated, pre-made to package directions)
1 Pan Cornbread (Can use boxed mix, pre-made to package directions)

2 Eggs
Water or Milk
2 Teaspoons Sage
2 Teaspoons Poultry Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400º.

Mix eggs in a small bowl with a wire whisk.

Crumble bicuits and cornbread together into a large bowl. Add onion, celery, broth, and eggs. Stir well. Add more broth and/or milk/water as needed until desired consistency. You want your dressing to be creaming and moist, but not soupy. If you don't put enought liquid in the dressing, it will dry out when baking. Season with sage and poultry spice.

Spray a cake pan or roasting pan with Pam to keep dressing from sticking. Pour dressing into pan and back for 30-45 minutes until top is starting to crust.

Personal Notes:
This is a very simple recipe. You can make your biscuits and cornbread days in advance and just store in a ziploc bag until you are ready to make your dressing. Most of the measurements in this recipe are approximate. It is truly a "trial-and-error" recipe, but it is yummy!
