1 lb aged yellow cheese, grated
1 tbsp butter
1 cup beer
1 whole egg
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp paprika
pinch of red pepper
½ tsp curry powder
½ tsp mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in double boiler. Stir in beer. When warm, stir in cheese. Stir constantly until melted. Beat slightly and add egg, Worchestershire sauce, salt, paprika, red pepper, curry powder, and mustard.
Serve on toast – place under grill for a moment.
