7 slices bacon, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. half and half
1 cup (about 4 ounces) blue cheese, crumbled
2 T. fresh chives
3 T. almonds, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until almost crisp. Drain excess fat from pan. Add garlic and cook until bacon is crisp. Beat cream cheese in mixer until softened and smooth and add half & half and mix until thoroughly combined. Stir in bacon mixture, blue cheese and chives. Transfer to a 2 c., ovenproof serving dish and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
