1 (15 oz) box of Raisin Bran cereal
3 cups sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 cup oil
1 quart buttermilk
5 cups flour (3 whole wheat and 2 white)
5 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together Raisin Bran and sugar. Add eggs, oil, and buttermilk and mix. Add remaining dry ingredients (don't beat, just mix). Keep in covered container in refrigerator and use as needed. Bake at 400º for 15-20 minutes. Mixture will keep up to 6 weeks in fridge.
