1 cup sifted flour
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, at room temp
1/2 cup butter/margarine, at room temp
Sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine flour, mustard, salt and red pepper flakes. Mix well. Cut in cheese and butter with a pastry blender, 2 knives or electric mixer until mixture resembles a coarse meal and holds together. Shape into a ball and wrap in plastic film. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 425º. Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Shape dough into 3/4 inch balls and roll them in sesame seeds. Arrange on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
