1 C. butter
1 1/2 C. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 C. sour cream
1/3 C. milk
1 tsp. almond extract
2 C. flour
1 C. sweetened coconut flakes
1 C. chopped almonds

Buttercream Frosting:
1/2 C. butter
2 C. powdered sugar
1 T. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. toasted coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

In 3 quart mixer bowl, combine butter and sugar. Beat on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2 - 3 minutes. Add eggs, sour cream, milk and almond extract - blend well, another 2 -3 minutes. Add flour, baking powder and salt, blend well, for - you guessed it - 2 to 3 minutes! Fold in coconut and almonds. Spread in greased 15 X 10 X 1 baking pan and bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Frost with Butter Cream frosting and cut into squares.

Buttercream Frosting:
Blend butter until fluffy. Add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Blend well. Frost cake, then top with toasted coconut.
