1 lb. Sausage, hot or medium
1 lb. Cheddar Cheese
3 c. Bisquick
Directions:
Directions:
Place the uncooked sausage in a mixing bowl with the cheese and Bisquick. Blend ingredients mixing well. Form into small 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls. Place on a cookie sheet with sides, covered with parchment paper. Bake at 375º for 25 minutes, turning after 15 minutes.
