1 packet unflavored gelatin
1 can tomato soup concentrate
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped, cooked shrimp
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped bell pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix gelatin and soup (you can add a little more gelatin if you want, another half pack to ensure gelling) Cool. Beat together cream cheese and mayonnaise, then add soup mixture. Add remaining ingredients and additional ketchup and horseradish if desired. Put into any type of mold and chill until set, about 4 hours or overnight to be sure.

I remember Gramma making this recipe for parties at the house 50 years ago. After the party we got to sneak in and get some. I've made this dozens of times for my parties.
