Icing (Cream White)

½ cup shortening
½ cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 t vanilla
dash salt
6 oz. Can Pet (evaporated) milk (not sweetened)

Chantilly Cream

1/2 cup oleo
¼ cup hot water
½ cup cocoa
2 cups confectioners sugar
½ t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
For the Icing:
Cream shortening, butter, sugar and salt. Add Pet condensed milk in fourths, beating well after each addition. Beat until not grainy (a while).

For the Glaze:
Melt oleo in hot water. Add cocoa, sugar, vanilla and mix together. Pour over the white icing. Recipe can be double to ice the sides of a two layer cake.

Frost a two layer chocolate cake.
