6 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1/4 t. anise oil
1/4 t. almond extract
2 cups flour

Directions:
Sift flour. Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar and beat. Add oil, anise oil, and almond extract. Mix well. Add flour. Cook by scant T. on pizzelle iron until brown.
