3 c. Rhubarb
1/2 c. Sugar
2 T. Orange Juice
1 T. Butter, melted
Cinnamon
3/4 c. Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/3 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 c. Butter, melted
1/2 c. Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a 13x9 pan combine the rhubarb, sugar, orange juice and 1 tablespoon of melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking soda, melted butter and brown sugar. Blend into a crumbly mixture and sprinkle on top of the rhubarb. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
