1 can Salmon, drained
1 c. Milk
1 c. Bread or Cracker Crumbs
1 Egg
Salt and Pepper to taste

In a mixing bowl, lightly beat egg. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into a buttered loaf pan. Bake at 350º for about 1 hour, until set and nicely browned.
