2 lbs ground turkey
1 lb turkey sausage
2 cans (approx. 16 oz) red beans
4 cups tomato juice (I usually use more than this amount)
2 cans (approx. 16 oz diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel
1 small onion chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
1 pkg Williams chili seasoning

Brown turkey and sausage together in skillet. Drain fat, place all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hrs. Serves 10-12. This is a weight watchers recipe....even though it is called spicy....its really not too spicy
