1 cup chocolate chips (semi sweet. Ghiradeli choc. chips) Buy a 12 oz bag (2 cups) and save 1 cup for icing-See below
2 oz unsweetened chocolate baking squares (also Ghiradeli)
3/4 cup sugar
1 c butter
4 eggs
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and sugar and butter in microwave. Stir until smooth. Add water and allow to cool. Beat eggs into chocolate. Pour into 9x10 inch springform pan lined with foil-spray. (I don't think I will use the foil the next time....just spray the bottom of the pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 min. just until a crust forms. Don't overcook. It may look a little loose.
Cool at room temp

Icing
1/3 cup sugar
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. milk
Boil in pan for full boil for 30 seconds
Add 1 cup chocolate chips ( the remaining 1/2 bag from above)
spread over baked and cooled cake. Keep chilled. Better if made one day ahead.
