German Chocolate cake mix
Eagle brand condensed milk (I use fat free to save calories)
2 cups pecan halves
6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pkg carmels

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake according to package directions. Pour 1/2 batter into a 9x13 pan and bake 350 for about 15 min or until it is set. Remove from oven and top with pecans. Melt the caramels with the milk over low hear until smooth....pour over the pecans. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and spread over the caramel mixture. Top with the remaining 1/2 cake batter and bake for another 15-20 min until done.
