1 box strawberry cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Line baking sheets with parchment paper
In large bowl mix together cake mix and baking powder and set aside
In smaller bowl whisk together eggs, oil, and vanilla by hand. Add egg mixture to the cake mixture and stir to form dough. Stir vigorously until all of the pockets of dry cake mix are gone. Gently mix in the chocolate chips.
Drop rounded balls of dough on baking sheets.
Bake for 10 min. Do not let the cookies get brown.
Allow to cool on baking sheet for 3 min.
Transfer to wire rack to wax paper to cool completely
