2 lb hamburger
2 pkg McCormick taco seasoning
1- 16 oz small curd cottage cheese
2- 8oz cans enchilada sauce-I use hot
1 jar Spanish gardens taco sauce I use hot
2 bags macho cheese Doritos
3 bags shredded taco cheese

Directions:
Brown hamburger, simmer in taco seasoning. I use4 9x13 deep dish cake pan. Cover bottom of dish with about 3/4 bag of Doritos. Use spatula to flatten. Evenly spread hamburger on top of Doritos. Use spatula to smash and pack as tight as possible. Evenly spread cottage cheese over hamburger mixture. Add both cans of enchilada sauce on top of cottage cheese. Evenly spread 3/4 to 1 bag of Doritos flatten with spatula. Pack tight. Add 3 pkg shredded cheese on top. Use spatula to pack tight. Make a circle of taco sauce on top of cheese.
Cover with foil Bake 375º 35-45 min
Let stand 1 hour before serving.
