8 Pork Sausages
6 Tart Apples
3/4 c. Brown Sugar

Directions:
In a skillet, partially cook the pork sausages. Remove sausages and place in an ovenproof baking dish. Wash and core the apples. Slice apples into 1/4" slices and place around the sausages. Sprinkle with the brown sugar. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and continue baking about 15 minutes longer. Baste with the drippings.
