3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 cup grated zucchini
1 cup crushed pineapple drained
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla. Sift flour, salt, soda and baking powder: Add to egg mixture. Add nuts, raisins, zucchini, pineapple and cinnamon, Mix until well blended.

Pour into greased & floured 9x5 bread pans and bake at 325º for 45-60 min or until tester comes out clean.
