2 cans chicken broth
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can broccoli and cheese soup
1 can cream of broccoli soup
2 cups rice
2 bags broccoli florets
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in 1 can chicken broth. Set aside
Mix together all the soups and the other can of chicken broth and the broccoli. Cook till the broccoli is a little tender. Add velveeta cheese and rice stirring constantly until cheese is melted. You can eat some of the mixture as soup and then the next day put into a 9x13 pan top with cheddar cheese and crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and crackers are a little brown.
