12 red potatoes.
4 oz cream cheese.
2 cups of shredded cheese.
1/4 stick of butter.
1/4 cup of milk.
Bacon crumbles.
Chopped green onions.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 400º F.
Poke potatoes with a fork.
Spray baking pan with cooking spray.
Rub olive oil on potatoes and sprinkle them with salt.
Bake for 50 minutes.

Add 1/4 stick of butter in sauce pan.
Add cream cheese and combine till melted.
Add cheddar cheese and milk. Mix well.

When potatoes cool cut in half and scoop out potatoe.
Spoon cheese mixture in the middle.
Top with bacon and green onions.
Place in fridge for one hour.

Bake 450º F for 10 minutes.
