Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 ½ T yeast
3 oz. water
2 T onion flakes
2 T dried dill
2 T melted butter
3/8 t baking soda
3 T sugar
1 1/2 t salt
1 1/2 cups warm cottage cheese (small curd)
1 eggs
3 1/4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast; combine all ingredients except flour in Kitchenaid; add 2 cups flour and blend well; change to dough hook and knead in rest of flour; Rise twice in bowl; shape into round loaf on cornmeal covered baking sheet; rise for third time; paint with undiluted egg yolk; bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes.

Above are the original ingredients. I have resized them for the Zojirushi bread machine or equivalent. Put liquids on the bottom, then dry ingredients, with yeast on top. Use the dough setting and them follow the baking instructions.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This makes an easy impressive loaf of bread in the round on a baking sheet, especially with glistening egg glaze. It is always well received at parties, both for show and for the taste.
