1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped (1 cup)
½ tsp. salt
1 cup shredded cheese
½ cup Bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 medium tomatoes

Directions:
Preheat oven to 4000 F . Spray 9 – inch pie plate with cooking spray.
Brown beef and onion. Drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate and sprinkle with cheese.
Mix remaining ingredients with a fork or wire wisk until well blended. Pour over beef in pie plate.
Bake 25 min. or until a knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Arrange sliced tomatoes over all and return to oven for an additional 5 minutes.
