3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 cup sifted cake flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup milk

2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Beat first set of ingredients at medium speed for 2 minutes.

Add second set of ingredients and beat for another 2 minutes.

Pour into an 8 inch square pan and bake at 350º for 30 - 35 minutes.
