40 Saltine crackers
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter and/or margarine
12 oz. pck. of semi-sweet chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 10x15 in. jelly roll pan with heavy foil. Grease foil. Place saltines close together, but don't overlap. You may not need all 40 crackers. In a saucepan, combine sugar and butter; bring to a boil for 3 min., stir occasionally. Gently pour over crackers. Bake at 375 deg. for 5 min.

Remove from oven and immed. cover with choc. chips. When softened, spread until smooth. (You may need to return it to the oven for a min. or two). Sprinkle w/ nuts and press lightly to set. Cool in fridge then break into pcs.
