Bring to a boil:
1/2 cup chicken broth

Beat or blend:
2 T flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup instant dry milk powder/ powdered milk (1/4 cup if using non-instant)
1 egg
1/2 cup chicken broth

3 T butter or margarine
1 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 1/2 cup broth to boil. Blend together next 5 ingredients in a bowl. Reduce heat and stir into the boiling broth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in 3 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

An inexpensive sauce for eggs, fish, and poultry dishes. Makes a good cream sauce for chicken or turkey a la king.
