1/3 c. espresso
2 oz. dark chocolate
1/2 c. sugar
3 T. butter
1/4 t. vanilla

Directions:

Melt chocolate in coffee over low heat. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla.
