Crust:
2 c. crushed pretzels
2 sticks margarine
6 tbsp. sugar

Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 med. Cool Whip

Top:
2 sm. pkgs. Strawberry Jello
1 lg. box sliced frozen strawberries(do NOT use fresh)

Directions:
Cream together margarine and sugar for crust. Add crushed pretzels. (I put them in a storage size zip-lock and wack them w/ a rolling pin till they are crumbled) Press into 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 deg. for 10 min. Cool. Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Mix in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust. Make jello according to directions, EXCEPT OMIT COLD WATER!! Add frozen strawberries; breaking up the chunks in the jello. Pour this mixture on top of the cream cheese mixture. Chill till set.

This is another perfect mix of salty and sweet. I don't like Jello, but this is delicious!! My mother-in-law makes this for family get togethers and brings it to pot lucks. People always ask for the recipe for this one!
