1 pound American cheese
3/4 pound Velveeta
1/4 pound sharp cheddar cheese

4 eggs boiled
1 small jar pimento

Dressing:
2 eggs
4 T. sugar
1 T. water
1 T. flour
1/4 T. vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Grate the cheeses
mix cheeses, eggs and pimento together

Cook dressing and pour over cheeses
