1 Envelope Brown Gravy Mix
2 C. Water
1 T. Instant Minced Onion
2 T. White Wine Vinegar
2 T. Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Ginger
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Bay Leaf

Cut meat in 1" squares. In a large skillet, brown meat on all sides in hot fat. Remove meat from skillet; add gravy mix and water. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly. Stir in remaining ingredients, except noodles. Return meat to skillet; cover and skimmer for 90 min, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaf. Serve meat over hot butter noodles.
