1 cup flour
1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup walnuts or pecans

1 8oz pkg. Cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups whipped topping

3 cups milk
2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding

2 cups whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
1. First layer: mix flour, margarine and nuts-press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool.
2. Second layer: blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 cups whipped topping.
Spread over crust.
3. Third layer: beat 3 cups milk with 2 pkgs. instant pudding until thick. Pour over 2nd.
4. Cover with remaining 2 cups whipped topping. Refrigerate.
