2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 stick margarine
2 cans cream of chicken soup or 1 each of cream of chicken and cream of mushroom
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Potato chips-crushed, enough to cover top

Directions:
Directions:
Paritally thaw hash brown potatoes and place in large mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper, mix well. Stir in melted margarine, soup and sour cream. Mix well. Blend in onions and cheese. Place in 9"X13" baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes.
