2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. hot coffee
2 tsp. red food coloring
1-7/8 cups flour (approx. 1-3/4 cup)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup buttermilk

Bake in 2 layers. Use caramel icing to put together.
