1/2 pound peeled and deveined shrimp
1 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 tbsp. diced bacon
4 tbsp. butter
3 to 5 cloves garlic
3 green onions, diced
3 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Slice shrimp lengthwise in half and season with paprika, black pepper and set aside.
Cook bacon until crisp. Add shrimp and cook until no longer translucent. Add 2/3rds of green onion. Remove bacon and shrimp from skillet, leaving fat. Add butter and melt. Add garlic and sauté. Be careful not to burn. Add cooked rice and stir well. Add shrimp and bacon. Mix well. Serve topped with green onions.
